Terms and conditions of use

Introduction

Short version: We use these basic terms throughout the agreement, and they have specific meanings. You should know what we mean when we use each of the terms. There's not going to be a test on it, but it's still useful information.

  1. An "Account" represents your legal relationship with Lydian Solution. A “User Account” represents an individual User’s authorization to log in to and use the Service and serves as a User’s identity on Lydian Solution.

  2. The “Agreement” refers, collectively, to all the terms, conditions, notices contained or referenced in this document (the “Terms of Service”, “Terms and Service”, "Terms and Conditions of use", "TOS" and the "Terms") and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that we may publish from time to time on the Website.

  3. “Lydian Solution” “We,” and “Our Company” refer to Lydian Solution Registered Company.

  4. The “Service” refers to the applications, software, products, and services provided by Lydian Solution.

  5. “The User,” “You,”, The "Customer" refer to the person, company, or organization that has visited or is using the Website or Service; that accesses or uses any part of the Account, or that directs the use of the Account in the performance of its functions. A User must be at least 13 years of age. Special terms may apply for business Accounts.

  6. The “Website” refers to Lydian Solution’s website located at lydiansolution.com, and all content, services, and products provided by Lydian Solution at or through the Website. Occasionally, products or services owned by Lydian Solution may provide different or additional terms of service. If those additional terms conflict with this Agreement, the more specific terms apply to the relevant page or service.

Lydian Solution reserves the right to change, without notice, the Terms of Service whenever it is considered necessary by our company.

1. Limitation of liability

Lydian Solution is not accountable for any malfunction, related to or caused by our products. The user takes full responsibility for any consequences the usages of our products cause. Our products are strictly and periodically tested by our quality control team. The Customer takes full responsibility if the product does not work with the customer's hardware. We provide every customer an accurate tutorial regarding every installation step. The Customer must strictly stick to the usage described and approved by Lydian Solution.

2. Copyright Infringement and Intellectual Property Rights Clause 

Any attempt of a Customer or a third party in cracking/compromising any of Lydian Solution products will result in an action. Such users will be reported to the competent authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Our products are protected by copyright. Lydian Solutions reserves the right to communicate the data of the customers suspected of unlawful behavior to any individual, or authority, for investigation purposes.

3. Payment, License Termination, and Suspension Terms

Every purchase is definitive. No refunds will be ever issued under any circumstance. Any attempt of the customer to overturn the transaction related to the purchase of our products will result in an immediate suspension of the CDKey bought by the same customer. This also applies to the other licenses bought by the customer of Lydian Solution. Any action to defame any Lydian Solution product will result in an immediate license suspension. Lydian Solution reserves the right to suspend, without any notice, any License Key used or bought by any user that will be identified as a high-risk customer by our company. If a duplicated transaction exists, and no License Key has been delivered to the customer, Lydian Solution will refund on request up to 80% of the duplicated transaction amount.

4. Technical Support Terms

Every product purchased on Lydian Solution will allow the customer to open no more than 2 support tickets. No tickets will be replied to if the product was purchased more than 45 days before the opening of the ticket. If more than 1 support ticket is open at the same time every support ticket will be closed and no reply will be given to the customer. Any unpleasant or malicious behavior in support tickets will result in the ticket being closed and the user will lose any privilege to open tickets. Any threat or illegal behavior in the support tickets will result in an immediate suspension of the License Key.

5. Product Terms

Every purchase includes the latest version available at the time of purchase. A simple license does not include updates, and the related License Key is intended as a single-use permanent action. Every customer can only ask once for a License Key refresh. The new key will only work on the original hardware that used it the first time. Key refresh costs €14.99. Key refreshes also include version updates. Subscriptions for unlimited (Correct and Lawful usage) License Key refreshes and updates for a limited time may be available.

6. Correct and Acceptable use

Your use of the Website, services, and products must not violate any applicable laws, including copyright or trademark laws, export control or sanctions laws, or other laws in jurisdiction. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service complies with laws and any applicable regulations.
